    On April 10, 2017, 42 year old Anchorage businessman Bart Green pled guilty to failure to pay rental car tax, a class C felony, as part of a plea agreement. Mr. Green operated Downtown Car Rental and 24 Hour Car Rental from 2004 to 2008.
